Methods of payment.
We accept the following methods of payment: cash, cheques, and all major credit cards. We can also provide an interest-free finance option if required.
Our responsibilities to you.
We provide all patients with a written treatment plan, and explain fully the costs involved and whether treatment is under the NHS or on a private basis.
We take patient confidentiality very seriously at the practice, and all personal information is treated in the strictest confidence. Only members of staff have access to patient information. All our patient records are stored securely to ensure information is only accessed as part of your treatment. No information will ever be given out to a third party without your express permission or where required by law.
Your responsibilities to us.
NHS appointments are very precious, so please let us know if you can’t attend, so we can offer your appointment to someone else. The local NHS demand is so high that we do reserve the right to refuse to see you after only 1 or 2 missed appointments. We also reserve the right to take the full NHS cost for your course of treatment at the initial visit, or at the time you book your remaining appointments. This rule applies to all patients.
Private patients may be charged for missed appointments.
Any patients who are violent or abusive to staff or other patients will be refused treatment and reported to the appropriate authorities.
We welcome all your comments, both good and bad, as we are always striving to improve our service. If you have any complaints or concerns, please contact our Practice Manager, Audrey, by phone, letter or email.
