Care at the Practice
We provide care both within the NHS and Privately for all patients. We have a strong belief that time is the most important aspect to allow us to do high quality dentistry, and to this end both Richard and Jennifer Stanage do the vast majority of their dentistry privately. However all our dentists will provide you with both NHS and private options when you visit. It is totally up to you which way you choose to have your treatment completed, but the NHS requires that all options are explained in your treatment plan.

Facilities
We have numerous car parking places and we are on the doorstep to 2 major bus routes. We have wheel chair access and a stair lift for those that find stairs a challenge. Home visits are available.
Dental Care and Treatment
We offer a full range of preventative, routine, cosmetic and advanced treatments. We have a referral service for our orthodontist, Mr Tony Burn who can also provide Invisalign appliances. We have visiting oral surgery specialists who provide implant work and removal of wisdom teeth so that patients do not have to visit the hospital for such procedures if nervous.
We are very keen on prevention - we provide thorough examinations for all aspects of your mouth, such as oral cancer screening, gum disease, dietary advice and smoking cessation advice, to try to avoid potential major problems in the future.
All our team undergoes over and above the required amount of postgraduate training each year to keep up with the modern trends and techniques. We are currently one of the only practices in the Fylde to run verifiable In house training courses every two months for all its staff.
All our surgeries are equipped with up to date facilities to comply with the highest standards of cleanliness for your care. Oxygen, emergency drugs and defibrillator are available.
We have been awarded membership of the British Dental Association Good Practice Scheme for the last 3 years, which means that we choose to deliver care to the highest standards expected within the profession.
